“There’s really an art to the close,” Ben says. And these often require a human touch – something Ben believes there will always be a need for. Making sure you have a really granular job description and an interview process that encompasses certain skills is also key.
“For candidates, AI can help them wade through a lot of the irrelevant posts… and find ones that match their specific or unique criteria.”īut Ben is quick to point out that you can’t rely on AI alone to find the right applicants. “With the AI matching algorithms that we have at Hirect, the candidate pool can be narrowed down almost instantaneously based on any number of factors,” Ben explains.
